What is covered

steinvar.com: this public website, which describes the platform.
The Steinvar platform: the core banking and compliance software developed by Pinigas MB under the name CBSL and run as a service, including the back office and APIs at demo.steinvar.com and the customer e-banking demonstration at eb-demo.steinvar.com.

Using the website and the platform, including the sandbox, is covered by the terms and conditions; a paying customer’s signed agreement takes precedence where it differs.

Not a bank

Pinigas MB provides software. It does not hold client money, provide payment, e-money or banking services, or give financial, legal or regulatory advice. A customer that runs regulated services on the platform does so under its own licence and remains responsible for its regulatory obligations.

Accuracy

Every capability described on the website reflects the platform as built at the date at the top of the page; figures, records and screens shown are illustrative examples and labelled as such. The website is information, not an offer, a specification or advice, and is provided as is. Check with us before relying on a statement for a decision.

Names, marks and software

Steinvar, the Steinvar wordmark, the module names and the platform software (CBSL), including its source code, designs and documentation, belong to Pinigas MB. SEPA, ISO 20022, TIPS, CENTROlink, the EUDI Wallet and the other standards, systems and organisations named on the site belong to their respective owners and are named only to describe what the platform implements or connects to; no endorsement is implied.

Hosting

The website and the platform are hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, in its data centre at Gravelines, France.
